To observe the holistic affect on the human of the local geography of Pigs Bay in the Peninsula of Datça and to create a garden composition with the elements of the local landscape. Following this to manifest the creativity in the world of “plant-soil-permaculture” on the basis of human-landscape relationship.

The creation of a “health garden” in harmony with the natural green cover and the indigeneous plants/herbs in the garden of the big Pigs Bay where thanks to specific microclimate of Knidos, a healing center of the Antiquity, every kind of plants can be easily grow.

To create in this “health garden” during two days workshop, exploring the very specific landscape of this far western end of Anatolia made of “karabaş” herb used for asthmea, from the antiaging “island’s tea” to Datça’s unique “Datça Date”.

PROGRAMME

• Designing of the health garden with the propositions and the ideas of the participants and the Club’s owner.
• Definiting the places of the plants and preparing the soil of the garden.
• Preparing the health garden according to the principles of the permaculture.
