We want to be energetic and live so we will learn how to do this with little changes in our cooking ways and shopping lists. We will see how we can replace refined, commercially prepared foods with seasonal, wholesome and local ingredients. We will see how we can enjoy our time in the kitchen, how to bake our bread, make our own yogurt and cheese. We will prepare healthy sweets by using natural sweetners, we will fill a bowl with all nutritious elements that a body requires during the day, we will enrich our salads or soups so that it can be our meal with a slice of bread. We will learn how we can use vegetables and wild greens in different ways, how to sprout beans and grains. We will even travel around the world by cooking healthy foods of other cultures. Then we will see that it’s time to eat and we will sit around the table with joy and excitement, hold hands and thank for all the foods on our table.
